Walks run on a private basis. Private rates are for 1-4 people. Additional rates for up to 10th customer.
Cancel within 1 week (168hrs) = 25% of trip price, You cancel within 2 days (48hrs) = 50% of trip price, cancel within 24hrs or day of departure = no refund, 100% of trip price, this is at our discretion but generally no refund. Operator Cancellations – Guided Walks New Zealand Ltd reserves the absolute right to cancel any service as a result of dangerous weather or track conditions, insufficient reservations or any other unforeseen event or circumstances. In such cases a refund will be given.
