Check-in is from 2 - 7pm and check-out time is from 8 to 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out are by prior arrangement only, and may incur a charge. American Express and Diners Club cards attract a 3.5% charge to cover their additional costs. 2 Bedrooms and the Family Suite are priced for 1 to 4 guests, and Studios for 1 t0 2. Additional persons are charged at $25 per night, per person (includes children over 6 months).
2 weeks notice required for all Special Events, School and Public Holiday period bookings. 72 hours notice required at other times. Short notice will incur the full charge of the accommodation booked - with an appropriate refund if we can on-sell the cancelled booking. Group and multi-apartment bookings are treated individually, and agreed with you at the time of the booking being made. Please ask.
Set in semi-tropical gardens close to Rotorua City Centre, all apartments are ground floor, non-smoking and open to the sunny North, each with outside table and chairs. All apartments are fully self contained, serviced daily, and recently refurbished with new carpets, curtains, beds, bedding, cutlery and crockery. Our very large family suite can sleep up to 7 people, with massage shower / spa bath, 3 piece recliner suite, 50" LCD TV with 10 SKY Channels - and its own covered veranda. Also four, two bedroom apartments that can each sleep 6 guests. All 5 of these larger apartments come with full kitchens, which include an oven, a full size fridge with freezer and a microwave. We also have three large, self-contained studios.
