Cancellations for any reason made within 72 hours of commencing activity, or failure to inform us of the cancellation will incur a fee equal to the full amount of the booking. Cancellations made outside of 72hrs but not more than 7 days will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booking amount. All group bookings will be required to pay for numbers booked unless we are notified of any changes as per the time periods outlined in these conditions.

Whilst not extreme high end adrenalin, this activity still isn't for the unfit or faint hearted. Full training is provided, however riders will need to pick up the skills required quickly.
Trips run on demmand and subject to availability. For a full expereince we recommend that you up grade to the Thermal Safari
