A $200 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean

A deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. All bookings made within 30 days of arrival require to be paid in full. We use Windcave as our secure payment gateway for processing credit card payments. Note that Windcave will charge a 2.5% fee for credit card transactions, alternatively if you select to pay via Account to account then there is a $3 charge. We do not hold credit card details within our system.

The booking can be cancelled with no penalty (except for transaction fees) if made in writing within 48 hours from the date of confirmation. Bookings cancelled in writing up to thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total nights booked. Bookings cancelled within thirty (30) days of the start date of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total nights booked. If you have not fully paid, the outstanding balance is due.
