The open-plan living area creates the easy-going atmosphere Lake Taupo is known for. The edge of Lake Taupo is just 100m walk with no road to cross, ideal for launching the kayak or a bit of fishing. Enjoy the bush and lake for boating or fishing. Visit a local vineyard for wine tasting, or an hours drive will have you skiing on Mt Ruapehu. Enjoy a soak in the Tokaanu hot pools on the way back from a day on the slopes.
At the end of a busy day bring your family or group together and cook up your fresh catch on the BBQ.
