Refund Policy: No refunds within 48 hours of departure. You are eligible for a refund if you: Cancel your booking before the 48 hours of your trip departure. You accidentally double-book. You book last minute (within 48 hours of departure) for the wrong date and notify us within 1 hour of booking. Refunds may only be obtained from the booking agent you booked through and will need to meet their terms and conditions as well as ours.
