Security Bond - $1000 per booking plus a one off booking management fee of $200
For bookings made more than 60-days in advance of your stay, the Client shall pay a deposit of 50% of the Total Rental Amount. The remaining balance is due 60-days before the rental period. If booking within 60-days of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid. Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge; a 5% fee applies to AMEX transactions. Payments made by international wire transfer will incur a $NZ25.00 bank fee per payment.
Villas, holiday homes and apartments are not commercial entities like hotels. Properties offered by Release Wanaka must be booked far in advance and are not easily re-rented. We strongly recommend Clients take out Travel Insurance to protect against cancellation charges, medical expenses or certain other unforeseen circumstances, which preclude the client from travelling.
This architecturally designed modern 3 bedroom property is walking distance to the town centre & the lake. Situated in a perfect location for families to enjoy year round. The colourful artworks & accessories are in contrast to the crisp white walls & polished concrete floors. With a series of large windows & sliding doors facing west, allowing the afternoon light to flood into the open plan living area, creating a bright oasis for guests to enjoy. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, complete with mountain & lake views. There is a garage for parking or storing the toys, plus space on the driveway for several cars. The minimum stay requirement at Beacon is 3 nights.
