Security Bond - $1000 per booking plus a one off booking management fee of $300.
For bookings made more than 60-days in advance of your stay, the Client shall pay a deposit of 50% of the Total Rental Amount. The remaining balance is due 60-days before the rental period. If booking within 60-days of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid. Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% surcharge; a 5% fee applies to AMEX transactions. Payments made by international wire transfer will incur a $NZ 25.00 bank fee per payment.
Villas, holiday homes and apartments are not commercial entities like hotels. Properties offered by Release Wanaka must be booked far in advance and are not easily re-rented. We strongly recommend Clients take out Travel Insurance to protect against cancellation charges, medical expenses or certain other unforeseen circumstances, which preclude the client from travelling.
A perfect place to call home while holidaying in Wanaka. This stylish holiday home is lovely and spacious, with two living areas and four great-sized bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The main living area is a bright-open plan area, with three comfortable couches surrounding the fireplace – a great place for the adults to sit down with a local Pinot Noir and reflect on the day, while the children hide away in the separate media room to watch a movie. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a butler’s pantry, offering plenty of space to cook up a feast to eat around the large dining table. Or if the weather is warm, open up the sliding doors to the patio.
