Security Bond $2000- plus $300 booking management fee.
For bookings made more than 60-days in advance of your stay, the Client shall pay a deposit of 50% of the Total Rental Amount. The remaining balance is due 60-days before the rental period. If booking within 60-days of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid. Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge; a 5% fee applies to AMEX transactions. Payments made by international wire transfer will incur a $NZ25.00 bank fee per payment.
Villas, holiday homes and apartments are not commercial entities like hotels. Properties offered by Release Wanaka must be booked far in advance and are not easily re-rented. We strongly recommend Clients take out Travel Insurance to protect against cancellation charges, medical expenses or certain other unforeseen circumstances, which preclude the client from travelling.
This luxurious 4 bedroom holiday home has spacious interiors & expansive grounds. The multiple living areas make it an ideal choice for families looking to spread out & relax. The open planned living area, complete with log burner for the cooler winter months, has a seperate media room, a great space for the kids to hang out. It's a perfect option for an actively family getaway with a tennis court, swimming pool & large gardens for some backyard cricket! The bedrooms are split over two floors with the master bedroom on the ground floor, looking out into the manicured gardens. This holiday home is situated 800m from lake access, & is a short drive to the town centre. Minimum night stay at Sanctuary on Beacon is 5 nights.
