Children: We have cots and high chairs available for you to hire – just let us know prior to your check-in. Noise and disruption: We operate a strict no party policy for all of our properties. Please respect your neighbours be restricting noise after 10pm. Check-in Policy: 3pm on day of check in. Check-out policy: 11am on day of check out. Security Bond: NZ$500 security deposit will be held (as an authorisation) and refunded within 7 days of check-out after the property has been inspected.
If you cancel 14+ days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund (less any credit card transaction fees). If you cancel less than 14 days before your booking (including after check-in), you will receive a 50% refund on all unused nights.
