Minimum stay is 2 nights all year round except Public holidays which is 3 nights minimum.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an open plan lounge dining area with french doors onto a patio overlooking the bay. The property is separated from the beach by a narrow one way road (speed limit 20km/hr). It's not large, compact would be the best description, but it is larger than a motel unit.
Short 2 min walk to the centre of Russell. Relax & unwind watching the sunsets across the bay. Kayaks & a paddleboard (Shared Boathouse & Nest). Open plan lounge dining area with french doors that opens onto the patio. Heat pump/AC unit. Self contained cosy cottage. Free WIFI & Sky TV (cable), BBQ. Boat ramp few metres away.
