Situated in the township of Waiau on the Alpine Pacific Touring Route on SH70, just a 75 minute drive from Christchurch.
With Mt Lyford Ski Field, Hanmer Springs Thermal Resort, Kaikoura and the local Waiau River for fishing all within close range, there are many options for activities and then return to the peace and serenity of Waiau Motor Camp to wind down again for the day.
Our accommodation block consists of Deluxe double rooms (with Queen beds), Double rooms (with double beds) and single bunk rooms (twin bunk). Each Deluxe double room connects to a single room making it ideal for families. Toilet and shower facilities, along with coin operated washing machine and dryers & free WiFi & fully equipped kitchen. Powered & sites available.
