Pick up from your accommodation. Drive to the farm near Springfield (80 kms, 1 hour).
Enjoy the changing view as we drive towards the foothills of the Southern Alps. Feed the sheep with nuts which provides a great chance to take some
photos.
See a sheep dog demonstration and try your hand at shedding sheep. Afterwards take a photo with the sheepdog. Meet Alpacas and also have photo taken with them.
Enjoy lovely views of Waimakariri River and Southern Alps as a back drop See a sheep shearing demonstration and try it yourself with help from the farmer.
Conclude tour with homemade afternoon tea scones and cookies.
There's also options available to combine the tour with horseriding, jet boating, golf or lunch.
