Confirmation & Payment: Bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking, if processing of payment is successful. Payment Policy: Payment of 50% of the reservation will be transacted upon booking. The remainder of the booking will be processed 14 days before stay. If the reservation is made within 14 days of booking, the full amount will be processed upon booking.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. COVID Lockdown Policy: If your stay is prevented by a Covid Lockdown you can transfer your booking to another date that is free or receive a refund of 50% if necessary to cancel.
Relax at the Pukeko Cottage: Master bedroom with ensuite has a King sized bed opening out to patio. Bedroom two has a very comfortable queen bed. Large bedroom three with a set of bunks and two king single beds. (sleeps 4) Sofa bed in lounge for extra 2 guests for large groups. Outdoor dining and private garden. Fire place and dry wood provided for winter months, paddling pool for tots and swimming pool across the road for summer months. Bikes, trikes and scooters, games, books, 180 DVD library. Enjoy the bush walks and relaxed village atmosphere with weekend markets and boutique cafes and restaurants, all under 5 minutes walk from Pukeko Cottage.
