Minimum stay is two nights. Plus $80 cleaning fee per stay.
Weekly rates less 10% discount. Extended stays rates by negotiation.
50% charge if cancellation is within 24 hours of arrival date.
Two upstairs bedrooms with a shared en-suite. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with views across the Lake to Acacia Bay or North to Nukuhau. Bedroom 2 has two king single beds and North views of Mt Tauhara and across the Lake. A heat pump is in Bedroom 1.
Downstairs- full kitchen facilities, breakfast bar seating for 4, open plan living area with a 2 seater lounge suite and 2 single chairs (which can be converted to single sofa beds). A second heat pump is in the living area.
Own laundry, washing machine and dryer. Shared clothes line. The Apartment is self contained and attached to our house. Leading out from the living area to your own deck, outdoor alfresco area and BBQ. Own use of 5 person spa. EV charger, Italian coffee maker and coffees.
