Our Tariff includes: Transfer from passenger ferry at Matiatia. Use of all Marino Ridge's amenities. Transfers to your chosen dinner location within the local area (dinner costs and return your care). A delicious fresh gourmet breakfast, changing daily. Transfer to passenger ferry at Matiatia. Payments must be made by Cash or validated credit card or by Direct Credit. Card payments attract a 3% transaction fee. Please see website Terms & Conditions.
Giving notice (High Season) >42 days, (Low) >31 days before arrival - no fee. Cancellations between 42/31 and 8 days before booking - 100% first night's fee. Seven days notice or less - 100% of total fee becomes due and payable. We recommend strongly that you take out an appropriate Travel Insurance Plan that explicitly covers all cancellation events. All cancellations hurt us & we will charge your card. We will rebate pro-rata if the space is on-sold. For other policies see website.
We offer three private suites, two in the main floor of the home, the other in the storey below. Expect relaxed seclusion, intimate views of bush, beach and bay; panoramic vistas across the Gulf. Located 5 minutes from Oneroa and ferries. Our helipad offers privacy for arrival and departure. We serve fabulous fresh gourmet breakfasts, great coffee. Private chef friendly. Guest areas include lounge, dining room, library, cocktail patio, a breakfast veranda overlooking bay and gulf, a fireside patio, a 17m lap pool and hot spa, lawns, an exercise/massage room, and private coast walks leading to many beautiful spots. Take in the sun and views from amongst our native trees, flowers and birdlife, dramatic coastal tracks. Regroup; unwind.
