Because of our intimate size cancellations can affect us greatly. Credit card details are required upon booking. Cancellation within 30 days - no refund of 25% deposit. Cancellation within 7 days - charged 50% of total booking. No show - charged 100% of total booking.

The perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Only 5 minutes to Ngongotaha Village, Lake Rotorua and many Rotorua attractions, including Agroventures, Agrodome, Skyline skyrides, Paradise Valley Springs, Rainbow Springs, Kiwi Encounter, Wingspan, Fish & Game trout hatchery and many more.
The Cottage sleeps 12 and is ideal for large groups travelling together. We can sleep another 6 in separate accommodation on the same site.
