Refund Policy Surf the Elements Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip, in which case full payment will be refunded to the customer. We will not cancel any tour due to rain. We will cancel a tour if the weather or surf conditions are unsafe. Otherwise payments will be refunded on the following basis: If more than 48 hours notice is given, 90% refund / If less than 48 hours notice is given any refund will be at our discretion.
This half day tour is packed full of activities to give you an awesome New Zealand experience.
Join us as we visit the Arataki Visitor Centre to find out more about the Waitakere Ranges, and New Zealand national parks.
Next we will take you on a guided walk through wild bush to spectacular Karekare waterfall. Then we will head over to Piha to experience the unique black sand beach, and to take a guided walk up the famous Lion's Rock.
The tour departs daily and includes return transport from Auckland city centre.
