Cancellations that occur within 30 days of arrival will incur the total accommodation cost. Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival will incur a NZ$300 administration fee.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed - this home can accommodate seven guests. The outdoor spa pool/hot tub is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or mountain biking.
It is an easy and flat 10 minute stroll along the lakefront to the town centre. The popular Frankton track starts at the bottom of the driveway - perfect for cycling, walking or running. Practicalities include full kitchen and laundry facilities, heat pumps/air con, carport and free WIFI.
