The Aoraki Mount Cook Trek is one of those activities, accessible to seasoned hikers, wanting a mountain experience, ideal if you only have two days available.

Climb up the Ball Ridge and confront the mighty Caroline Face of Aoraki Mount Cook. On this guided trek you will go as close as it's possible to get to Mount Cook on foot without actually being on the mountain. This trek does not require the use of crampons or ice axe and packs are correspondingly lighter. Sleeping bags are at the hut, as is non-perishable food, so you carry just a few items of fresh food in addition to your spare clothing.

To experience this beautiful area, you will spend one night at our private Caroline Hut in its stunning location, straight opposite the awesome Caroline Face of Aoraki, New Zealand's highest ice face (2000m high).
