No parties, no smoking, cannot use outdoor area after 10pm and before 7am, no drones, house to be left tidy Guests who stay 8 nights or more receive a free mid stay clean and linen change. Refund 100% of your total funds paid* for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival date. 80% of your total funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival date. 50% of your total funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 30 – 60 days prior to your arrival date.
