Cleaning fees
If your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within 14 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival or departure date. Guests must provide a credit card for any incidental charges.

The Coastal Casa is located a stones throw from the famous white sand Mount Maunganui beach (5 minute walk). Take a short stroll to downtown Mount Maunganui, where you can enjoy all the best cafes, shops, bars and restaurants.
Imagine this: Heading down the driveway and be welcomed by the arched doorway and walk on the natural wooden floor through to the home. Soak up the rays on the deck which is enclosed by a fenced grassed section, where you & your children can safely enjoy.
