The following cancellation policy applies unless alternative dates can be arranged. Cancellations between 28 days and 14 days of charter incur a $400 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of charter will be charged a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days or ‘no-shows’ will be charged a 100% fee. In the unlikely event that Cool Change Charters cancels, the total fee is fully refunded. Cancellation due to weather conditions is solely at the discretion of Cool Change Charters. We undertake
Embark on a personalised journey as Cool Change picks you up from your preferred wharf. Whether you prefer relaxation, taking the helm, or exploring beautiful islands, the choice is yours. We customise all our cruises to match your preferences and adapt to the weather conditions. In a sheltered bay, we'll drop anchor and indulge in activities like swimming, paddleboarding, and snorkeling in the crystal-clear turquoise waters, while a delicious lunch is prepared. Following our stopover, we’ll set sail back to your drop-off point. While our charters typically last for 6 hours, additional time can be arranged. Come join us aboard Cool Change for an unforgettable adventure!
