Payment Policy: Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (2.9% credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. Child Policy: The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
It accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, making it the perfect place to create holiday memories. Feel right at home at Family Treasure! Built over two levels, the heart of the house is positioned on the upper floor. It features a large living area equipped with a smart TV, a heat pump, and comfortable couches for relaxation. The sliding door opens to your private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning cup of tea while listening to urban Papamoa life and the gentle sound of the waves breaking. Your group has a selection of four bedrooms. The master on the second floor features a super king bed, a spacious walk-through wardrobe, and a shared ensuite.
