The glow-worm canyoning experience start time will change throughout the season due to sunset. Tours operate in all weather conditions both in summer & winter. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. The river & mountainous environments are continually changing. Good and moderate fitness level required - must have the ability to hike and walk for at least 2-hour. Participants must be 8 years old or over.
In the event, you have purchased a day tour and subsequently wish to cancel it, ExperienceKart may refund your booking at its sole discretion, in which event you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows: Up to 7 days prior to travel date; 100% of tour cost is refundable. 2 – 6 days prior to travel date; 50% of tour cost minus any fees charged by our tourism and hospitality partners is refundable. 24 hours or less; Your ticket is non-refundable.
