Cancellations received from 30 days to 14 days of arrival date will attract a cancellation fee of NZ$150set amount. Cancellations received within 14- 7 days of arrival date will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking. Cancellations received from 7 – 0 days of arrival date/no show will attract a cancellation fee of the full value of the booking.
With Hot Water Beach/Cathedral Cove just 25 mins away, Harbour View is a great place to relax and the perfect base for exploring. You'll have your own room with private bathroom on the ground floor, with access to the garden and pool. Breakfast is in the first floor lounge with panoramic view over the harbour and Mount Paku across the water. It's an easy walk along the beach to town, restaurants, shops and Pacific. And don't miss the amazing view from the top of Paku (easy drive or one hour walk). If you've just arrived in NZ, it's a chance to settle in, get used to the time difference, check your plans with Jane and Chris, let your friends and family know where you are, swap stories and ideas with other guests.
