Guests wishing to stay must be over 25 to book. The person booking must stay at the house. No Parties / Hens or Bucks groups Outdoor area and spa are not to be used after 10pm and before 7am No smoking in the house Dogs welcome subject to prior approval by owners.

We will refund 100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival. 80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival. 50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 30 – 60 days prior to your arrival. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival. * excluding any credit card fees Ask about our Covid cancellation policy.
