Rates based on a 2 adult guests occupancy. Extra adult $30 per night. Extra child $25 per night. Service fee $35 per booking
For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, an 80% refund of the total booking value is available (the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable). For cancellations made 21 days ~ 16 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made 15 days ~ 8 days prior to arrival, a 25% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a refund is not available.
This property offers absolute beachfront or waterfront, however the beach itself is not a recreational area accept in the sense of walking or exploring the waterline.
This lovely home is located side by side at 87 Point Road, on the peaceful Monaco peninsular, handy to Nelson, the wineries of the Waimea & the Abel Tasman. Nearby eatieres include The Monaco Kitchen or the Honest Lawyer pub. The Crusty Crab Cafe & Gallery is also just a short stroll away. There are two local parks ideal for small children. The Stoke village centre is just over a kilometre away, & both Richmond & Nelson city centres are less than a 10 minute drive.
