A deposit of NZD$200 per person has to be paid to confirm booking. The final payment has to be paid 2 months before the trip starts. If booking is made less than 2 months before the trip, the whole amount has to be paid.
Customers canceling more than 30 days in advance of the tour start date will be given $100 back on their $200 deposit per individual. Cancellation 30-15 days prior will result in loss of only the $200 deposit. Cancellation less than 15 days will forfeit half the cost of the tour. There is no refund for a “no show” or cancellation the day prior to the tour.
As one of the first sea kayak operators/outfitters in New-Zealand with over 30 years experience in the area, we continue to be passionate about our trips. We specialize in leading adventurous ocean kayaking trips. Rock gardening, sea caves and kayak surfing are available for those looking for additional challenge. Our trips are usually small groups and we can customize the experience. We get out to areas not visited by other tour operators. Instruction at both novice and advanced levels are included. Count on delicious meals with local produce, the possibility of freshly caught seafood and baked desserts made in camp. Choose if you want to kayak/camp, stay in a comfy hut or in a cosy sea side cottage. All options are on the menu!
