Guests must be 25 or over to book Minimum nightly stay conditions apply. These may vary depending on the season. No Parties. No use of balcony after 10pm due to council rules No smoking anywhere on the property including balcony, driveway and neighbouring driveways. A NZ$500 fee will be charged if you break this rule. No vehicles allowed to be parked in front of the garage - No van's or buses allowed down the driveway. Any pickup and drop off service must be from the top of the driveway.

We will refund 100% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival date. 80% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival date. 50% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 30 - 60 days prior to your arrival date.
