You have to be 16 years old to ride a quad bike, the buggy is available for under 16's. One person per quad bike.
Larger bookings 3 days notice, all other bookings 24 hours notice.
Ruapehu Adventure Rides is based in 2 km out of National Park Village (at Mountain Heights Lodge). Guides will take you over farmland, through native bush, and natural stream crossings, surrounded by the world famous Tongariro National Park.
We offer guided quad bike and buggy rides. Our trained staff will provide all the gear you need, and operate all year around. Choose from: 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour, 2 hour. We cater the ride for your ability.
Quad rider must be 16 +. One rider per quad bike. A guide drives the buggy 3 seats available, only one buggy. We have Work Safe NZ certification and AdventureMark Safety Audit.
