Refund Policy Surf the Elements Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip, in which case full payment will be refunded to the customer. We will not cancel any tour due to rain. We will cancel a tour if the weather or surf conditions are unsafe. Otherwise payments will be refunded on the following basis: If more than 48 hours notice is given, 90% refund / If less than 48 hours notice is given any refund will be at our discretion.
With kilometres of untouched coastlines and spectacular beaches, New Zealand is one of the best surfing locations in the world.
Come surfing with us and you will learn about surfing techniques and safety, while experiencing some of NZ's most beautiful scenery.
Our lessons are suitable for any age and ability and are guided by our internationally qualified surfing instructors (ISA – International surfing association and Surfing New Zealand), who are in the water at all times helping you to enjoy your experience and feel 100% confident that you are in safe hands. All our instructors have First Aid and Lifeguard certificates.
Our tours include return transport to and from Auckland city and all equipment (wet suit and surf board).
