Elevated by its' the first-floor waterfront position, be prepared for exceptional views of Lake Wanaka spanning from the Cardrona Valley to the mountains of the Southern Alps. This newly built apartment can comfortably accommodate a party of up to 6 people. With three generous sized bedrooms, two complete with ensuites, the third bedroom shares the guest bathroom. The modern, open-plan kitchen, living and dinning space spills out onto the outdoor covered balcony. Dine alfresco or simply sit back and relax taking in the expansive views. During winter after a day at one of the nearby ski resorts light the outdoor open-fire and take in the scene of the snow-capped mountains.
