The property includes a heritage home and cottage and is on four acres. It is fifteen minutes to the Hobbiton Movie Set, 30 minutes to the Hauraki Rail Trail and Waikato River Trails; 45 minutes to gorgeous ocean beaches. Golf, hiking and hot pools are close by. Resident Labrador retrievers will happily greet you and adjoining paddocks are home to Suffolk sheep which enjoy being hand fed.
The one room space has a queen sized bed and an en-suite toilet with a shower. The sitting area has a small fridge with tea making facilities. It is non-smoking and there is free Wi-Fi. French doors open onto a a covered porch where you can sit rain or shine and enjoy the peace and quiet.
