Cancellation policy:
Cancellation charges apply on all packages with transport. A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 7 days of date of travel. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours departure or no show clients. Additionally should clients not utilise all services included in the purchased package, no refund will be made on unused vouchers. Travel Insurance should be taken out for such occurrences.
