Cancellation Policy angle-down

Full payment is required at least 30 days before arrival. If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued if it is before 30 days prior to the commencement of booking. If we are able to rebook the dates, we can issue a refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before. I accept personal responsibility for the payment in full of all costs associated with the above accommodation. I give full authorization to charge my credit card or bank account given for any unpaid charges.

Our home has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, spacious lounge, 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. The facilities include 2 shower rooms and a laundry, while outside there is a large deck and lawn.
