You have full use of the swimming pool and spa pool. For Pool and Spa access, there is a one-off payment of NZD$25 per booking. This can be arranged at the front desk of Palm Beach Resort. 4-night minimum Dec 20 - Jan 10; 3-night minimum Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour Weekend & Anniversary weekends; 2-night minimum all other times. Our website calendar is in real-time, and the availability showing is accurate.

Cancellation Policy angle-down

Strict Policy: Provided that the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive (less traveller booking fee): a 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least eight weeks before check-in. a 25% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.

The Condo is a split level property, with the top level being an open plan modern kitchen (including all amenities), dining area and lounge room. This opens out onto a large deck offering views over the Hauraki Gulf and Palm Beach. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms as well as a further bathroom with bath and shower. The Condo comes equipped with Smart TV, stereo, Free WIFI and free off-street parking. This is a very comfortable quality property which we are sure you will enjoy.
