Bicycle Rental - Rental Terms, Conditions and Liability -General: We rent out to persons from 18 years or older, when we feel confident that the persons can understand and manage the bike well and ride responsibly. We might also rent out to persons from 13 – 17 years if they are accompanied by an adult 21 years or older who accepts responsibility for the younger rider. A cycle lock and a helmet will also be provided to you, which is included in the rental price.
Charges for cancellations at short notice: Cancellations within the last 4 days before the event: Full fee applies. Cancellations between 4 and 14 days before the event: 50% of the fee applies. Cancellations between 14 and 28 days: 20% of the fee applies. For agents, the same conditions apply. Minimal charges, to help cover administration costs: Small bookings, value up to NZD250: NZD25. Booking value over NZD250: NZD50.
The Waikato Splash Tour emcompasses beauty all around you with farm lands, animals and natural life in the Hauraki. You will have lunch at The Cheesebarn cafe and then have accommodation in New Zealand's antique town Paeroa. Next Day you will venture out on the water we will check tide times for your cruise up the river. Once done, we will travel to Waikino and travel upon the train after our trip. Once in Waihi you will find your accommodation for the night, and explore Waihi. Next day you can choose to shuttle or ride back to Paeroa or Thames, have lunch at the refinery.
