The more adventurous and experienced bikers can head up the Skydive Gondola and tackle some serious downhill tracks for a lots fun but watch out these guys go fast!
There are lots of hiking trails close to town which are easily accessible if you don't have your own transport. If you're stretch for time why not head up Queenstown Hill where you’ll see some amazing views of the Queenstown area.
Those with a day to spare who are up for more of a challenge should consider tackling Ben Lomond a full day hike after which you’ll be rewarded with spectacular views that stretch across Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables mountain range, and the Southern Alps in the distance.
Warmer temperatures and clear blue skies make for great weather for skydiving. On a brilliant blue-bird day you can even see all the way to Mount Cook!
