Voucher is valid for one person per ticket for four months from the date of purchase. Flights are on a shared basis. Minimum of 2 people per flight, single bookings are wait-listed to confirm. Air Auckland Limited reserves the right to postpone or cancel a flight due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances. If the flight is cancelled due to weather, the client may choose to reschedule or refund. A 5% booking fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded under these circumstances. The client will forfeit the fare if cancelled within 48 hours or no show. A 10% fee per transaction will be charged if the client cancels outside of 48 hours.(full T&C on airauckland.com).
