Booking is confirmed after reception of valid Card details. Total refund is provided within 72 hours of payment reception and booking confirmation. 50% of total charge is refundable if cancellation is made at least 15 days before stay commences. No refund if cancellation is within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival date. 25% of cancellation charges is redeemable towards any similar new booking made within 3 months of cancellation (Direct booking only).
