About

Te Kupenga is built with the serious fisherman in mind. The boat has a great safety rating, providing the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to safety on the water.

The fishing styles generally used are soft baiting & jigging, using the Minn Kota electric motor we have the ability to fish up to four rods at one time. We also have the option of using downriggers to allow us to deep water troll using light tackle. Although this is a little more hands off till the fish strikes it can be just as productive.

We use top of the line Tica rods & reels along with Simrad electronics to help us bring in the fish.
