The Palliser Ridge Woolshed Store in the heart of the Southern Wairarapa is your destination for certified New Zealand Grown & Made wool goodies.
From beautifully boxed lambswool throws, to cot blankets and toys, even knitting yarn - all of our wool products had their beginnings right there in the main Woolshed.
Shearing takes place twice a year, and from there our romney fibre heads north to WoolWorks in Hawkes Bay for scouring (cleaning). Then it's back down closer to the farm in Wellington where Woolyarns card and spin the fibre into a range of yarn gauges and colours before returning back to the home farm for distribution; how's that for local production.
