You can cancel up to 30 days before your hire start date with a refund of your deposit or full payment less administration or bank fees. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to bike hire, a cancellation Fee of 25% of the hire agreement will apply. If you cancel within 24 hours of the pickup time there is no refund.
