Pets: We have a no pets policy as we are have neighbouring farms. No Smoking: Please respect our no smoking policy when inside our accommodation. Damages: During your stay you are expected to take good care of the property and the chattels therein. At the time of full payment of the account a credit card number will be required. Any damage to the room, property or chattels at the end of the stay may be charged to the credit card provided, or billed to the guest & may include the cost of repair.
A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your accommodation Settlement of your account must be paid 14 days prior to your arrival. There is no refund of this payment on cancellation of the reservation after this date. It is however possible to transfer the booking to another date if an arrangement is made with us more than 14 days prior to arrival.
