Fairbairn House has two guest apartments at Fairbairn House - The West Wing and The East Wing with a variety of room configurations. These are tranquil places for a complete break, a romantic weekend, the base for an outdoor adventure stay, or to take in Taupo’s amazing natural geothermal environment.

Glorious sunrises, sunsets, and the twinkling lights of Taupo are yours to enjoy. From this amazing vantage point the night sky and Milky Way are a breathtaking experience.

Terms and Conditions Fairbairn House is a special place to stay for discerning travellers. Wherever possible we will try to be flexible to assist guests to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay with us. • Check In/Out - Guests may check in between 2pm and 9pm, unless by special arrangement to suit travel arrangements. Check out by 10.30am. • We have a minimum two night stay. - Guests must abide by the Guest House Rules & body corp rules of the Grandview Estate gated community.
Cancellation policy:
We are happy to discuss any variations if guests require a change to confirmed bookings.Life often interferes with the best laid plans... so if you do need to cancel: 1. Within 2 weeks of your booking, 50% of the total value of your reservation will be charged 2. Within 48 hours of arrival, we will charge for every night booked If you have had to cancel at late notice, we do hope you'll find another date to come and stay with us, and will credit $200 towards your revised booking.
