Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the booking time to avoid any penalties. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the booking time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Within 24 hours of the experience date and time, no shows and late arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or rebook.
