Bookings cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no penalty fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in the case of a ‘no show’, the total price of the reservation will be charged. All cancellations and amendments must be received via our booking portal or your booking agent. Please Note: For Special Events or Promotional Rates a ‘No Cancellation’ policy may apply.
