Service fee of $40 per stay and a one-off $25 (per booking) for the use of Pool and Spa Access.
For Pool and Spa access, there is a one-off payment of NZD$25 per booking. This can be arranged at the front desk of Palm Beach Resort. 4-night minimum Dec 20 - Jan 10; 3-night minimum Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour Weekend & Anniversary weekends; 2-night minimum all other times. Our website calendar is in real-time, and the availability showing is accurate.
Strict Policy: Provided that the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive (less traveller booking fee): a 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least eight weeks before check-in. a 25% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
The Apartment has quality throughout and offers wonderful space with its over-sized bedrooms, modern bathroom and very well-appointed open plan kitchen/living space. The bi-fold doors open onto a large north facing deck which wraps around 2 sides of the building and is equipped with quality outdoor furniture and BBQ. The Apartment has 2 generous sized bedrooms, a bathroom with a large powerful walk-in shower. The kitchen is state of the art, so you won’t require anything else in order to whip up that gourmet meal. TV and Blue tooth sound is supplied with the flat screen TV having Netflix.
