Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

The sliding door opens to your private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning cup of tea while listening to urban Papamoa life and the gentle sound of the waves breaking. Your group has a selection of four bedrooms. The master on the second floor features a super king bed, a spacious walk-through wardrobe, and a shared ensuite.
